This cannabis startup pioneered “rapid onset” gummies
Most people prefer to smoke cannabis but that isn’t an option if you’re at work or in public.
That’s why we were so excited when we found out about Mood’s new Rapid Onset THC Gummies. They can take effect in as little as 5 minutes without the need for a lighter, lingering smells or any coughing.
Nobody will ever know you’re enjoying some THC.
We recommend you try them out because they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. And for a limited time, you can receive 20% off with code FIRST20.
Blast Belly Fat the Easy Way
This week, I'm excited to share some simple, practical tips on losing belly fat faster than you thought possible, with minimal effort.
No gimmicks, no sales pitch—just straightforward advice from someone who’s been there and done that.
The Simplest Way to Lose Belly Fat
Let's face it, the wild world of YouTube is overflowing with videos promising miracle belly fat solutions.
But most of them overcomplicate things.
Here’s the real deal: the number one exercise to lose belly fat is surprisingly simple and effective. And the best part? You don't need to buy anything!
The Key to Losing Belly Fat
Here’s a little experiment for you: think of your daily energy expenditure as a glass of water.
For someone like my dad (50 years old), weighing around 175 lbs (80 kg), about 60% of daily calories are burned at rest—just by living.
This means you can burn a significant amount of calories by simply existing!
Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT)
This mouthful of a term basically covers all the calories you burn by moving around during the day without intentionally exercising.
Whether it’s walking, standing, or fidgeting, increasing your daily activity can significantly boost your calorie burn.
The Magic of Walking
Walking is the easiest, safest, and most effective exercise to lose belly fat.
It requires minimal energy, carries virtually no risk of injury, and you can fit it into your day without much hassle.
My dad dropped 2% body fat in just 4 weeks by simply walking more!

Keeping the Fat Off
Once you’ve shed that belly fat, the next challenge is keeping it off.
Here’s a tip: weigh yourself daily. With today’s smart scales, tracking your weight is easier than ever.
This simple act helps you monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments.
If you are looking for a deal for a smart scales, this is the best one i found on Amazon (As I'm writing this email it's 40% off!)
It’s not just about the scale!
Remember, your weight can fluctuate due to water retention.
Don’t let daily variations stress you out. Instead, look for trends over time.
If your weight stays within a 5-pound range, you’re on the right track.
The Real Secret to Happiness and Fitness
It’s easy to get caught up in the pursuit of a perfect body.
But take it from someone who’s been in the trenches: having a six-pack won’t magically change your life.
Focus on being healthy, feeling good in your clothes, and enjoying life.
When I was at my leanest, I was often tired and sick. The truth? No one even noticed my eight-pack abs! Fitness influencers often sell unrealistic ideals.
Most have exceptional genetics or use enhancers that aren’t exactly natural.
The Final Takeaway
Before you sleep, ask yourself:
Did I move closer to my goals today? Did I have a great day?
If the answer is yes, then you’re already winning.
Oh, and there's one more thing that makes burning fat and building muscle much easier.
It’s the first thing I recommend to any athlete: quality sleep.
Good sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer, and it’s 100% legal with no side effects.
Keep running,
Matteo
